The HI Canmore Clubhouse can accommodate up to 31 guests.

With an exclusive rental, you will have private access to our kitchen, cozy lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views from the Three Sisters to Mount Rundle, seven-bedroom hostel, games room and outdoor space. Our staff are onsite 8:30 am - 8:30 pm at the front desk.

GROUP BOOKING POLICIES

Payment

  • At the time of booking a non-refundable payment of 50% of the reservation fee must be paid

  • At the time of booking the Facility Rental Agreement must be submitted

  • Full payment is due 90 days prior to the arrival date along with a $500 security deposit

  • If liquor is being served, a liquor license and ProServe certification must be provided to HI Canmore for the event

  • Event Liability Insurance must be purchased and sent to HI Canmore prior to the event

Changes

  • Dates are non-transferable. Changes to any booking, in whole or in part, including but not limited to a reduction on overnight stays, will be treated as a cancellation and will follow those same terms and conditions (below)

  • Membership Status at the time of booking defines the eligible rates. Changes in membership status between the time of reservation and the time of travel will not change the rates charged

  • Bookings are non-transferable to another party

Cancellation

  • Dates are non-transferable. If written notice of cancellation is received prior to the scheduled start date of your booking, the following conditions apply:

    • 90 days’ notice or greater: The reservation deposit is non-refundable

    • 89 days’ to 30 days notice: The final payment and security deposit are refundable. The reservation deposit is non-refundable

    • 29 days’ notice or less: The security deposit is refundable. All reservation fees are non-refundable

    • Credits, refunds, and/or deferrals will not be considered for any cancellation for any reason whatsoever. This policy applies to all cancellations including those arising due to inclement weather, poor road conditions, accidents, highway re-routing, illness, trail closures and any other situation beyond our control.
