Our beautiful mountainside location nestled on the outskirts of Canmore has dreamy views as the backdrop for your ceremony, reception and onsite accommodations. The perfect mountain getaway, with the added convenience of being near town.
We are able to host weddings of 45 people or less in an intimate, cozy setting. Our well-priced rental packages are facility-only rates, allowing you to customize the venue with your own decor, catering, and personal touches. Whether you are looking to keep your day simple and informal or set up a grand event, our location provides a magical setting to celebrate in.
Viewpoint Package
Our Viewpoint Package
Our picturesque mountainside setting on the outskirts of Canmore offers breathtaking views as the perfect backdrop for your ceremony. Surrounded by local trails, you'll have ample opportunities for stunning photos to cherish for a lifetime.
We can accommodate a ceremony of 75 people or fewer in an intimate and private outdoor space. Our rental package includes facility-only rates, enabling you to customize the venue with your own decor and personal touches.

The Details
The Canmore Clubhouse is a versatile venue boasting a large common area with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Bow Valley. The natural light and cozy fireplace create an intimate setting.
What is included in the Clubhouse rental package:
2 nights of hostel accommodation for up to 31 people
6 simple 4-7 person dorm rooms and one small private room. All bed linens and towels are provided
13 collapsable 6’ tables
45 chairs (Indoor use only, need to provide own chairs for outdoor use)
2 patio picnic tables
Screen, projector and free wifi
Private use of the industrial-style kitchen
Freedom to decorate the space to fit your style and wedding vision
Option to add additional accommodation of the Bell and Boswell Cabins for an extra fee.

The Canmore Clubhouse offers a stunning outdoor viewpoint, an intimate outdoor patio, and indoor space for ceremony rentals. Our property boasts breathtaking views from all locations. This package includes an exclusive 3-hour rental of the Three Sisters Viewpoint, Main Deck, and Private Room. You have the freedom to personalize the space to your liking
